Clear answers about artwork, production, shipping and what to expect from your custom sign project.
What artwork files can I send?
AI, EPS, PDF and SVG files are ideal, but you can also send a clear PNG, JPG, reference photo or even a rough sketch. We will review everything before production.
What if I only have a rough idea?
That is enough to start. Send the idea, approximate dimensions and any reference images. We will help turn it into a clear production path.
What exterior materials are available?
The current standard material choices are Stainless Steel and Aluminum. Stainless Steel can use Mirror, Brushed or Matte finishes in Gold, Silver, Copper or Rose Gold, or a painted custom colour. Aluminum is available with a painted custom colour.
What face options are available?
Face options are Acrylic and Metal. The right choice depends on the sign type, lighting effect and installation environment.
Which lighting effects can I choose?
Where applicable, choose Front Lit, Back Lit, Front + Back Lit or Non-Illuminated. The configurator hides LED settings when Non-Illuminated is selected.
Which LED colour temperatures and voltages are available?
Illuminated projects can be configured with 2700K, 5000K or 10000K LED colour temperature and 120V or 220V input, depending on the destination and project requirements.
